Zelo Privacy Policy

Zelo is a mobile arcade game provided by Adworkly LLC (“Adworkly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use Zelo.

Summary

• Zelo does not require an Adworkly account.
• Your player name, progress, scores, coins, missions, streaks, settings, and cosmetic selections are stored on your device.
• Zelo requests non-personalized ads and does not request permission to access Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA).
• Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. Adworkly does not receive your payment card or bank details.
• If you use Game Center, Apple handles your Game Center identity, leaderboards, achievements, and related information.

Information stored on your device

Zelo stores the following information locally so the game can work:

• the player name you choose;
• game progress, high scores, coins, missions, achievements, and streaks;
• unlocked themes, avatars, and purchase entitlements;
• sound, haptic, advertising-consent, and other app settings; and
• temporary queues used to submit eligible scores and achievements to Game Center after you sign in.

Adworkly does not receive this locally stored information unless a feature described below transmits it to a third-party service.

Advertising

Zelo uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Zelo configures its ad requests as non-personalized and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or access to IDFA.

Google may automatically receive or generate:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to estimate coarse location;
• device or app-scoped identifiers;
• app launches, taps, video views, and other product interactions;
• information about advertisements shown or interacted with;
• crash logs; and
• performance information such as launch time, hang rate, and energy use.

Google may use this information to deliver and measure ads, perform analytics, prevent fraud, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve service performance. Zelo does not use this information for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and advertising information.

Game Center

Game Center is optional. If you sign in, Zelo submits eligible scores and completed achievements to Apple and displays Game Center leaderboards and challenges. Apple processes your Game Center identity and related information under Apple's Privacy Policy. Your Zelo player name is separate from your Game Center display name and remains on your device.

Purchases and subscriptions

Zelo offers non-consumable purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction and payment information. Adworkly receives only the transaction and entitlement information StoreKit makes available to the app, such as the product purchased, subscription status, renewal status, and expiration date. This information is used to unlock purchased features, restore purchases, and manage subscription benefits.

Adworkly does not receive your full payment card number, bank information, or Apple Account password.

How information is used

Information described in this policy is used to:

• provide and maintain Zelo's features;
• save progress and apply purchases;
• provide Game Center functionality when you choose to sign in;
• deliver, measure, and protect non-personalized advertising;
• detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• diagnose crashes and improve reliability and performance.

Sharing

Adworkly does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and diagnostics, and by Apple for App Store, StoreKit, and Game Center services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Adworkly, or the public.

Retention

Local game information remains on your device until you delete it in the app where that option is available, delete the app, or erase the device. Apple and Google retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can:

• avoid Game Center by declining or dismissing its sign-in flow;
• reset local Zelo data by deleting the app and its data from your device;
• manage or cancel a Zelo Plus subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings;
• restore eligible purchases from Zelo's Store; and
• contact Adworkly to ask a privacy question or exercise rights available under applicable law.

Because Adworkly does not operate a Zelo account system in this version, we generally cannot identify or retrieve a specific user's local game data.

Children

Zelo is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

International processing

Apple and Google may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their respective policies and applicable data-protection safeguards.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Zelo's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy and revise the effective date above.
